All goods remain the property of Megabug until paid in full.
Goods will only be accepted for return for 30 days from invoice date.
New parts are coveres by the manufacturers guarantee. Second hand parts are guaranteed for 30 days from invoice date.
Megabug will not be held responsible for labour costs or out of pocket expenses caused by defective or incorectly supplied goods. All return carrage is the responsibility of the sender. A 20% handling charge will be levied on returned goods correctly supplied.
Our returns do not affect your legal rights.
Free delivery is only for web orders placed on our web site to main land UK addresses and excludes Scottish highlands. Total order weight must be less than25kg
Free post is for orders over £50.00 excluding delivery costs and excludes Glass, items over 1.2m long and any goods on a pallet.
For any items not covered by free post you will be emailed shipping costs prior to despatch
